Heya Saffi,

Your system information is from the Linden Lab viewer but your description says that "firestorm keep crashing". Are you having these crashes and broken music streams on the Linden Lab viewer, Firestorm viewer, or both viewers?

The "badmemory allocation in llp app viewer ;; mainloop{}" crash error is usually an out of memory crash.

I can see why you cannot hear music streams on the LL viewer. Your system information shows "Audio Driver Version: (none)". This is generally caused by a missing sound driver on your system. If you right click on the Windows Start button & open Device manager, do you see any yellow exclamation marks against the "Sound, Video & game controllers" section?

Hello Saffi,

Please update your audio drivers as Whirly suggested and then relaunch the viewer and let us know if this problem is still happening.

Please press the Info Provided button when done.

Thanks,
