The "darn you have been logged out" message happens when there are connection issues between yourself and Second Life. This is usually either a problem with the region you are on or a problem with your connection.
Firstly try logging in directly to a different region.

If you get disconnected no matter which region you login to then the problem is most likely to be your connection or router hardware. If you are using a wireless connection, wire up and see if this helps. Power off your router/cable modem for a few minutes. everytime i log in it loads the world and i can play for a short time before it logs me out and says "darn you have been logged out, server is experiencing problems.
Expected Behavior
that i could continue playing.
