Thank you for reporting this issue. We just released a new viewer which addressed issues which prevented people from successfully launching the Second Life viewer. Please download the latest from http://secondlife.com/support/downloads/ and let us know if that resolves your problem.

Steps to Reproduce
I was trying to open Second life. I written down my nickname and password , it started to open but stucked around %25 percent. It cannot load.
Actual Behavior
There is no problem on my internet connection but when i open up second life it just stucks when i was opening the server.
Expected Behavior
Yesterday i opened any server only in 2 to 6 seconds.Today i waited around 1 and half hour for it to open the program.
