[BUG-8390] My Linden balance and payment methods do not show up on the Marketplace purchase window.

Steps to Reproduce

Trying to purchase items.

Actual Behavior

I'm trying to purchase items from Marketplace, and my balance shows on the shopping window, but when I try to purchase and pay for the item my payment methods are not shown and the page asks me to enter a payment method.

Expected Behavior

My balance and/or payment options to show up so I can pay with my linden balance
