The media plugin webkit errors are the reason you cannot use search or see inworld profiles or watch inworld media. The most common cause of this is that your antivirus software is blocking slplugin.
Please can you check the following:

Me -> Preferences -> Setup.

Make sure the following options are ticked:
- Enable plugins
- Accept Cookies
- Enable Javascript

Make sure that the file slplugin.exe is not being blocked by your Firewall/Antivirus software. If this file is blocked, it will cause your symptoms.

The slplugin.exe file is located inside the viewer installation folder.

Make sure slplugin.exe is whitelisted in your antivirus and firewall software.
For your voice problem, you must be connected to voice chat or you wouldn't have been able to hear your friend talking on voice. Go to Me -> Preferences -> Sound & Media -> Input/Output devices and make sure that you have the correct input device selected for your microphone. You may need to relog after switching to a different input device for your Mic to work. Also try logging in directly to a different region that has voice enabled and test if you can then broadcast your voice. Sometimes regions have broken voice and if you login to one of those regions it can break your voice chat in strange ways for the rest of that session.
I'm unsure why you would get logged out while uploading images. Are you getting the "You have been disconnected from Second Life" message each time you upload? Does the viewer freeze when you are attempting to upload images?
After following the advice above, are you able to get media/profiles/search and voice working?
Steps to Reproduce
i was doing the normal sitting at home having a conversation with a visitor when i decided to watch tv that didnt work so then i started checking for other things also when i tried voice chat with friend i could hear their voice while chatting but was unable to respond via call or speak
Actual Behavior
i was trying to voice chat and was unable to connect also got a message media pluggin webit was not working have not been able to veiw any profile or see anything in my destination guide or search anything on web
Expected Behavior
i was expecting to voice chat as usual and watch tv and also veiw profile of unknown avatars also to search web content and find new destinations
Other information
ive tried almost everything to resolve these issues my second life experience is really shabby right now
