Hello WalksFar,
This sounds like when you were replacing the outfit that there may have been alpha layers in the new outfit folder and those were being applied to the avatar. Unfortunately without more details about what outfit you were wearing first and the outfit you put on second it is difficult to know.
If you can easily reproduce this issue every time, please take some screen shots and attach them to this Jira.
Otherwise, please try the following:
- Open your inventory and the open your "My Outfits" folder.
- Choose any outfit folder there, right click it -> Replace current outfit. Your avatar should then rez.
- If that does not help then go to Me -> Choose an avatar and pick any of those avatars by clicking on select.
- Does your avatar then rez? If so, you should be able to get dressed in your usual avatar.

Steps to Reproduce
As the clothes appeared on my Avatar his head, tail, and feet disappeared. This is something I have never seen before.
Actual Behavior
When I changed clothes my Avatar wore, parts of my avatar vanished . . . feet, tail, head . . . as the desired clothes appeared on him as planned. Also, after his head vanished, I was not able to find it in my inventory. It is gone as far as I know.
Expected Behavior
I wasa= changing the clothes on my avatar. Specifically, I put a jacket on him.
Other information
I expected him to change clothes as he usually does, no problems.
