[BUG-9326] Make Marketplace favorites list more like a wishlist and viewable by others. #16836

How would you like the feature to work?

A wishlist that is searchable by other players for the purpose of gift giving

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

This feature would allow other players to give a gift that the person really wants. I know I'd like to be able to hit a wishlist, much like what Amazon has, that would allow me to see what a friend really wants when I want to give them a gift for Christmas/RL birthday/Rez day/etc.

There was a prototype one for a while, but I guess they gave up on it! http://wishlist.secondlife.com/
