Heya AdaKytori,
There is likely to be something you are trying to save in your outfits that is "bad" in some way which is failing the AIS3 checks.
Can you attempt to save an outfit and let it fail and then:
- Open inventory & expand the Current Outfit folder (COF) & take a snapshot showing all the contents of the COF & make sure the inventory window is wide enough to show all the attachment points.
- Then logout & before relaunching the viewer, zip up your logs folder & attach it to this issue using More Actions -> Attach files. This page tells you where to find your logs folder: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/How-to-report-a-bug/ta-p/733545#Section_.3
- Attach your image & zipped up logs to this issue (More Actions -> Attach files).
Once you have done that, you can attempt to fix the problem as follows - please provide the requested information first though.
- Activate the Develop menu in the top menu bar with CTRL+ALT+Q
- Develop -> Avatar -> Character Tests -> Test Female (or Male).
- Test if you can save this avatar as an outfit.
- If that works, wear your normal items & again attempt to save them as an outfit - this usually fixes most people (but your problem will likely come back until the cause is found).

Steps to Reproduce
Nothing in particular. Outfits haven't saved for me since I updated the Linden Labs Viewer.
Actual Behavior
Attempting to save an outfit and after choosing "save as" and naming it. The outfit says "there are no items in this outfit".
Expected Behavior
I wanted to save all attachments, clothing, etc... that the avatar was wearing as an outfit.
Other information
Is this a glitch or something on my end?
