[BUG-11529] please sprt the bug asap #1703

Steps to Reproduce

walking around and when I invite offer teleport it stop me from controlling my avatar

Actual Behavior

very slow motion and and sometime wont let me control my avatar

Expected Behavior

smooth normal motion and normal view

I want it sorted please

When filing a Jira please provide more details of your problem. Without this information your jira will be closed as Needs More information and will not be triaged.

In addition clarify if it is when you are offering a teleport, accepting a teleport or both.

A description of the problem, explaining what you do / see / don't see, including any error messages displayed (!) Step by step Directions on how to reproduce your experience. (!)
