[BUG-9543] Failed to Locate Avatar Key #17031

Steps to Reproduce

Sending a item

Actual Behavior

No one is able to send anything to this account

[13:17] Delivery Server: Say in Chat on channel 867 the name of the person you wish to send something to. Example /867 John Smith [13:18] Delivery Server: Sending item now. Check with avatar to be certain it was received. [13:18] ASD Delivery Server 1.1: Failed to locate avatar key for PrincessGirl4ever. The item named '*SUGARUSH _ Maitreya Mesh Body Applier - All Tones RC' was not sent.

Expected Behavior

I expect the item to send.

Other information

Yus 3 different people beside myself tried to send the items

Hi PrincessGirl4ever,

If you have access to the script of the ASD Delivery Server could you paste it here or send to me as a script object? I didn't see any errors on the server side logs.

Our apologies, it appears this jira has been a victim of a spammer. We’re cleaning up the offending comments, sorry for the mess!
