Reproduces on Chrome 49.0.2623.87 m on the same Windows 7 64bit system As soon as I attempt to login to the forum using Chrome I receive an error page "Error in discovery: Error fetching XRDS document: (56, 'GnuTLS recv error (-9): A TLS packet with unexpected length was received.')" http://prntscr.com/ad91o9

Actual Behavior
Web site crashes when I click either reply button giving this error: Error in discovery: Error fetching XRDS document: (56, 'GnuTLS recv error (-9): A TLS packet with unexpected length was received.')
Expected Behavior
reply dialog to open...
Other information
Tried two browsers. Tried reply before logging in and after logging in. Both still fail. Tried another post. Both fail when I attempt to reply.
