Heya Geek,
If your worn shape really has gone missing from the database, then your avatar will be stuck as a cloud. If you wear a different shape from your inventory (one that hasn't gone missing from the database), your avatar should rez normally. Does wearing a different shape fix the problem?
If it is just one of your shapes giving the missing from database error when worn, then it is likely this shape is permanantly broken and there isn't anything you can do about it. Just delete the broken shape. There have been quite a few reports lately about shapes (both old and new) going missing from the database - see BUG-9487 and the linked issues for examples.
If this doesnt help: LL Viewer: In the top menu bar of the viewer, go to Me -> Choose an Avatar -> Classic -> Choose one of those avatars and use "Select". Firestorm: In the top menu bar of the viewer, go to Avatar -> Avatar Health -> Reset default male (or female) avatar. Your avatar should hopefully rez correctly once you have done this and you can then get dressed normally, but you will need to avoid wearing the shape that is giving you the "missing from database" error because the next login, your avatar may be back to being a cloud if you are wearing a base body part that is missing from the database.
Do you have iCloud installed on your computer? Body parts & wearables giving "missing from database" errors is one of the known problems on Windows systems when iCloud is installed (see BUG-7343) If you do have iCloud on your system and the above steps did not help, uninstall iCloud & see if the problem goes away.

Hello Geek,
Please try the advice Whirly has suggested above and if you are still having this issue on the official Second Life viewer please let us know.
Thank you

Our apologies, it appears this jira has been a victim of a spammer. We’re cleaning up the offending comments, sorry for the mess!
Steps to Reproduce
I was just logging in.
Actual Behavior
I just recently upgraded to Windows 10, I don't know if that has effect on any of this but I have basically become an orange cloud, I get the prompt that "My Shape can't be found in database" - I have logged in a dozen times before without issue on Win 10, not sure what changed.
Expected Behavior
I was expecting me to load normally but I remained an orange cloud.
Other information
I cleared cache, restarted Windows, reinstalled Firestorm, cleared cache again, restarted Windows again, nothing's changed.
