[BUG-11843] Name tag appears over avatars face instead of over the head. #1962

Steps to Reproduce

Logging on

Actual Behavior

Name tag appears over avatars face instead of over the head.

Expected Behavior

I was expecting the name tag to appear over the avatars head.

Other information

I am usually able to correct it by turning off name tag, clicking ok then relog and then turning on name tag again, but not always.

Heya Molly,

Are you wearing a mesh body replacement or a mesh attachment with custom joint positions? If so, this can sometimes make the name tag show in a strange position. Please can you take a screenshot showing your full avatar and the name tag covering your face & attach the image to this issue using More Actions -> Attach files.

In the top menu bar of the viewer, go to Me -> Choose an avatar -> Classic. Select one of the classic avatars to wear. Does your name tag show in the correct position when swapping between any of those classic avatars? You may need to relog once after changing into the first classic avatar if you were previously wearing an avatar that caused the problem.
