Without going into too much info here, I recently read a forum post about a fraud vector involving gifting from Marketplace.

The problem warrants giving listings the option to enable/disable gifting to a third party. It doesn't matter if the listing is for a no copy object or not. It should be an option controllable by the seller for whatever reason they want. The only exception are with listings for free objects where gifting should remain disabled.

This simple change can give sellers peace of mind.
