[BUG-11892] When pasting from Mac Word into a notecard in FS, line break is always replaced by ? #2006

Steps to Reproduce

Pasting text from Mac Word into a notecard

Actual Behavior

Copying and pasting from Mac Word into a notecard in Firestorm, all line breaks created by are replaced by the ? character.

This has been happening to me for years

Expected Behavior

Text reproduced as appears in Word

I suspect this is the same problem as VWR-14676, when the text contains mixed line endings.

I don't have a Mac to test. Can you reproduce the same problem on the LL viewer from https://secondlife.com/support/downloads/ ?

The same behavior reproduces on Second Life 4.0.3 (312816) Mar 22 2016 15:54:35 (Second Life Release) using Word 2011 on OS X El Capitan.

Only happens with Word; copy/pasting from Text Edit doesn't produce the same problem. Nor does Pages.

Repros on both Firestorm and latest Linden viewer. Only seems to happen with Word, however. Pages (Apple's equivalent) of Word doesn't reproduce it on either viewer.
