Hello AAEASDAS, These are a few things we have found to be a cause for this error.

  1. Your computer clock and Time zone may actually be off by over 5 minutes. Please verify your clock is accurate at http://time.gov

  2. Your Anti-Virus or Firewall software is attempting to "help" you by assisting with the SSL connection. Unfortunately, the only way to completely verify this is to disable your Anti-Virus/Firewall protections and then try to log in to Second Life. IF you try this please completely close all other open programs so that nothing is trying to get on the internet while your security is disabled.

  3. You are using a public wi-fi connection (e.g. a Cafe or Starbucks) with a proxy or portal that requires you to login or accept their Terms of Service before you can fully utilize their internet. If you are in this situation you must open a browser and try loading a website like "http://purple.com" and then see if the Cafe's portal opens. If so login to that first and then try to log in to Second Life.

Please let us know if any of these things helped at all. If not, please let us know what anti-virus and firewall software you are using.

Thank you!
