Possibly this is a case of BUG-100632. This issue isn't public but it reports that intermittently, new items added to inventory will not display in the inventory window until relog. You did however say you relogged & also tried a different viewer, so I don't think BUG-100632 is the problem here.
It's not clear whether you received an inventory Accept/Decline notification for all the missing prizes. Unfortunately inventory offers from scripted givers need to be manually accepted or they will just disappear into the ether. If a lot of prize gifts were sent while you were offline, it's possible you reached the cap limit & will have not received all the inventory offer Accept/Decline notifications & those prizes will have been lost.
If the above cases don't explain the problem, then can you remember if you received the inventory offers and before you clicked "Accept", you moved to a different region? Unfortunately, with scripted inventory offers, if they are received on Region A and you don't accept the while on Region A and then you move to Region B, if you wait longer then a couple of minutes before accepting the offers on Region B then the items will never make it into your inventory. I also suspect that even if you did not move region after receiving a scripted inventory offer, if you wait too long to accept it, the offer will time out & the item will not appear in inventory.
Steps to Reproduce
first, logged in, second (same problem) shopping and checking lucky chairs
Actual Behavior
logged in, prizes from chairs waiting, clicked accept on each box, items never registered in inventory log, later, more prizes from other chairs never showed in inventory as well. 2 purchases from the same store, did show (Flowerdreams). prizes waiting on login were from Cherokee sensations, zuri's jewelry and carrie's. two board prizes from Flowerdreams also did not show in inventory, even after relogging and installing SL viewer to check that inventory, (Not there, either) another alt had no problem with some of the same items showing fine in her inventory.
Expected Behavior
normal inventory register of collected items.
Other information
HELP, PLEASE!! some were nice items. In communicating with FireStorm Support Group, discovered I was not the only avi experiencing the same errors.
