[BUG-134264] repeatedly am unable to sign in

Steps to Reproduce

I was dancing at bogarts. This happened at 5: 30 or close to it PM slt on 9/6/17.

Actual Behavior

I received a message to quit or continue IM and chose quit. However, attempts in both sl and firestorm failed to log me in. I restarted still failed. I started from a closed computer still failed. I waited for the sign in page now for sl and just the password sign in came on but showed nothing else... no linden recommendations etc.

Expected Behavior

after receiving the message I would sign off. Wait for a while which I did and begin relogg process. the go on with sl as usual
