I must admit that I have this issue as well. During wiki profile fiddlings I've noticed, that it still has assigned an e-mail I'm not using for around two years. And there is no option to change it, either. ~
Steps to Reproduce
Login to the SL wiki
Go to https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Special:Preferences
Go to Email options at the bottom & attempt to add an Email address.
Observed Behaviour
Unable to add an Email address to receive email notifications from the wiki.
Unable to change the other Email settings.

Expected Behaviour
I'd like to receive email notifications when wiki pages on my watchlist are changed
