[BUG-139316] purchased item taking forever to load or not at all trouble making in world purchases #2505

Steps to Reproduce

shopping standing at home trying to open the box in various places.

Actual Behavior

cannot make purchases for last 2 days bought halloween costume on SLX, will not copy to inventory. loading.....tried a redelivery, veiwer update, modem reset.

Expected Behavior

the items to be loaded or copied to inventory so i could wear them to a halloween party.

this is very frusterating

Hi Toripedradhara,

I can see that you have over 10 copies of the purchased box in question, both in your Received Items folder (the Marketplace purchase) and in your Objects folder (the Caspervend redeliver). We have also confirmed this object does contain an avatar as described.

I suspect this means your cache is the cause. Please review this article for the steps to clear cache, it also contains other advice on how to find lost inventory.
