[BUG-18270] LINKED MY YARDSALE GACHA NO COPY ITEMS WITH 1400 PRIMS TOOK THEM IN INVENTORY BECAUSE I MOVED TO ANOTHER SIM CAN´T REZZ THEM ANYMORE. #2662

Steps to Reproduce

i tried over and over again in different places of the sim even went on the big sandbox sims it doesn´t work at all.

Actual Behavior

So i was just getting ready to move my Yardsale to a different bigger sim and so i linked all the items at my yardsale so i only had to rezz them again and not take them seperately which would be again a lot of work (and i would not have the time and nerves to do all of thisi again) so taking all items was no problem but now i wanted to rezz them and it is not working when i rezz the linked items they automaticaly come back to my inventory without even rezzing.. i tried it on all big sandboxes and even on my big sim it works no where .. this are items worth 25k lindens and all gachas no copy items which i played at the recent arcade that just started i want to rezz them and i really need my items but they don´t work to rezz please help.

i expect the items to rezz.

1,400 prims is a LOT of prims, and as such may take more than a few seconds(if not a minute) to rez. The simulator has to request each and every asset(including texture, scripts, notecards, and the prim it's self(which is a asset)), so it will take a bit. What I recommend is going to a VERY low-traffic sandbox with no connected simulators and small amounts of objects rezzed for best performance. When you find a suitable sandbox, go to the top menu and look at "World -> Parcel Details -> Objects", make sure there is at least 2,000 prims free. If there are enough prims free drag the coalesced objects and wait at least 2 minutes. (Please clean up any left over objects when done).

If you see a error message saying "Not enough space on simulator" or similar, then this may be worse case scenario for user end: Mesh + Tortured prims = Bad combo, this can make a simple 20LI prim shoot up to a way higher value(EG: 100LI). Simply put: Your coalesced objects may now weigh higher than 15,000 LI, which is the maximum even for full regions. Fear not though! Support can usually help with this, simply go to http://support.secondlife.com/create-case and from the first dialog box, choose "Technical Question" and on the second that appears, choose "Inventory (Un-rezzed)". They are magic people who can do magic things. Rumour has it(that I just made), they have a special region with 4,294,967,295 maximum prims for them to work on stuff like this.

Please try again, or check the status blog for more information. ugh what a bad luck i have...

Can you get to this page? https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ That page loads okay for me at the moment. If you can, file a support ticket here. LL support will give you access to a region called Unpackistan which is a special region that should let you rez troublesome objects.

Just to clarify, is your linked object coalesced (ie soft linked, where the inventory icon will look like a broken rubiks cube) or did you actually link all the gacha objects together into one single object and it's just the land impact that is 1400 in total?

If the object isn't coalesced, you could try wearing the object and then dropping it. Though I would be a little wary of doing this with such a costly no copy item incase rez fails & it goes poof. I would wait to get access to Unpackistan to rez this object safely.

Unfortunately it is still not working i tried to create a case but when i klicked on send i got this message
" Support System Is Down The system encountered a problem processing you request. Please try again, or check the status blog for more information."

It is a coalesced one just went in edit mode and started to link them all and than just right klick and take so when i rezz it again all is in the same position rezzed that´s how my friends also always do it i just didn´t know it would be a problem when i take more stuff at one time. and it doesn´t allow me to wear it i mean nothing happens..

How do i get access to unpackistan? i never heard of that.

Hmm I'm not sure why you can't get to the support link. I don't see anything on the grid status about support maintenance & I asked a few friends to try & they could all load the page. If you are a premium member, you can access Live Chat from here: https://support.secondlife.com/start-chat/

You need to go through Linden lab support to get access to Unpackistan.

Incase you still cannot contact support over the rest of the weekend, can you give the name of the coalesced object in your inventory and what folder it is located in. A Linden may be able to take a copy of that object out of your inventory and see why it will not rez on a standard region.

The Page of the Support is also loading fine for me only when i try to send the case i get this message that the Support System is down :(..

So the coalesced prim is called "Mikunch Animal Costume Mini 7/ Longing of the hero / squirrel" it is the first one showing up in my Objects Folder if that helps a Linden Assistant.

I really hope i get access to this unpackistan sim i really want to solve this problem as soon as possible.. thank you so much for your help

Ahh I see. I just created a test support ticket and it went through okay when I submitted it: http://prntscr.com/bcby4h I'm afraid I don't know why it's failing for you. You'll need to wait until a Linden looks at this JIRA issue, which will probably be on Monday.

:( omg i don´t understand i just tried again and it still gives me this error message... i don´t know why it is for me like this i really hope a linden reads this case and can help me with this.. who do i contact on monday if the support is not working i really don´t want to call to america because it is expensive from europe :S

so the area where i picked up the items was 2002 prims which i rented the parcel and that´s how much prims i rented.. all items where only Gacha Items from the recent arcade that is going on since 1 June.
