Actual Behavior

I recently blocked my friend " ρєrєzα Eℓαη Mσуєт (pereza.deir) "and then unblocked them. However, when I log back in, they are reblocked every time. This happens on all viewers. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the issue. Please help me she is my friend...
