[BUG-20123] Modification to the coalesced object limit to ease problems with picking up large object count items. #2815

How would you like the feature to work?

Recently a change was made to the server to only allow a maximum of 10,000 objects within a coalesced item group. Unfortunately, that affects my product greatly as now I can only pick up 3 of them at most at one time. This also affects returns and deletes. What I would like to see is one of the following or similar:

1 - Remove the constraint on objects from long-standing creators. 2 - Allow a whitelist of creators with a valid use-case for a much higher coalesced object limit (At least 50k) 3 - Find another way to limit the griefer usage that this new limit was put in place to ameliorate (I can't see those jira entries, so I can offer no suggestions.)

Unwittingly, the new server code has created another greifer attack vector. Now a greifer can spawn a few thousand objects that each contain a 1000 items in inventory, and now cleaning that up is a pain as they can't be group selected and returned OR deleted and have to be returned a few at a time. I haven't tested estate rights to see if estate rights allow the return of a mess like that, but if not, then that is a serious issue. Even if the limit on a "take" for coalesced items is not changed, the limit for a "delete" or "return" should be unlimited, and if estate rights can do it, then there is no reason that anyone shouldn't be able to delete or return given proper permissions.

Griefer usage (I can't see these): SEC-1526 BUG-11464

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

There are a small class of products on the market that have a valid need for thousands of objects within the product's inventory. My AnyPose BVH has roughly 4000 objects in the inventory. When I or a user of my product needs to pick up a group of the pose stands, it is no longer possible. Only 3 can be picked up/deleted/returned at one time. Since the product was designed to allow creation of group poses, this makes it difficult to pick up or place a set of pose stands that are a work in progress for a multi person pose.
