[BUG-202577] [Animesh] Issue with Animesh characters in adjacent regions not showing animations after teleport. #2922

Information

I teleported to secondlife://Aditi/secondlife/Animesh2/13/12/24 from Crash Me. There were no animesh objects in the region. I then alt cammed into Animesh1 and Animesh4 and noticed pathfinding raptors not showing animations. It wasn't until about a minute later that they started animating.

Was it because I stopped being a child agent of Crash Me? Was it also because no Animesh characters were in the region I teleported to?

My draw distance value was set to 512m the whole time.

I repeated the steps and it repro'd again.

I repeated the steps this time teleporting from Animesh Adult and it repro'd again.

I'm leaning to the problem being either there not being animesh chars on the region I came from or the region I teleported into while looking into an adjacent region that does.

Inquiring minds want to know.

Hmm I can't reproduce this on the current Animesh project viewer: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Release_Notes/Second_Life_Project_Animesh/5.0.9.329815

Logged into Crash Me region. Teleported to secondlife://Aditi/secondlife/Animesh2/13/12/23 There was no Animesh rezzed on Animesh2. Immediately cammed into Animesh4, Animesh3 & Animesh1 & I saw the animations playing straight away on the Animesh raptors & bears rezzed on those regions.

Attached a gif that I took after teleporting from Animesh Adult.

My Animesh avatar is supposed to be playing a different default stand animation every 3 seconds.

It isn't until about 15 seconds after I stopped being a child agent of Animesh Adult then Vir and my Animesh character's animations showed or the viewer saw their skeletons, whichever the real problem is.

The gif looks like the same problem seen with mesh avatars - often you'll see the mesh pieces rezzed before the rigging loads & the mesh snaps into place & can then animate.

Yeah, but I've never seen a 70+ second delay on the skeleton loading with avatars and this only happens while I'm a child agent of the region they're in after a tp from somewhere else.
