[BUG-202642] Marketplace listings randomly unassociated #2967

Four of my best selling products have been completely deleted from the marketplace, without notification.

They haven't been merely delisted, but completely unassociated.

These are NOT no-copy products.

Other information

I can't simply re-list these items.

CasperLet, CasperVend Fat Pack and CasperVend Premium are my three best sellers, and had the #1, #2 and #3 best selling slots in the business category on the marketplace, with hundreds of five star reviews.

If I am forced to re-list these items, and lose this history, it is going to severely impact my business.

I did not receive any notification about any of these items being delisted. My marketplace enhancements still show the listings as active under "subscriptions".

LL are aware of the problem & it's affecting a lot of people. https://status.secondlifegrid.net/incidents/nylvk04mplfd

Note: this isn't only affecting no copy items as the grid status post says though. If the problem affects a No Copy item, the seller is receiving an email from LL telling them their last unit sold & the item has been unlisted & the No Copy item appears to be poofing from inventory altogether. If the item is copyable, the behaviour is as you describe.

There are a lot of JIRA issues filed reporting this bug. The main issue is BUG-202631 - My item has been unlisted from my shop but I didn't received any money to my account All other JIRA reports and forum posts reporting the problem are linked to BUG-202631.

Thanks Whirly. I thought it was a different issue because those seem to be about no-copy items.

Honestly, I'm not 100% sure it's the same bug. I'm fairly sure though because LL linked a mixture of issues as dupes of BUG-202631, both affecting no copy & copyable MP listings. The first reports that came in were for no copy items, but I guess sellers of no copy stuff were more likely to notice this problem first because they received an email from the MP when their item was "sold" & unlisted, though with no transaction logged & no payment. The first JIRA report for a no copy item was on 18th October (BUG-139248). This appears to be a different new bug from the older bug where MP listings would randomly be unlisted (see BUG-100560 & linked issues). With this new bug, MP listings are not only unlisted, they are also unassociated.

Your product listing should now be visible and showing as unlisted in your merchant dashboard. Please review all your settings for your product before relisting.
