[BUG-202674] After changing the audio settings, the user does not connect to the current voice call #2993

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login on viewer
  2. Open friend list
  3. Call any your friend
  4. Verify you hear your frends
  5. Open preferences> Sound & Media
  6. Click on "Input/Output devices" button
  7. Make sure you hear yourself
  8. Click again on "Input/Output devices" button

Actual Behavior

Actual result: voice indicator show on IM's call, but in fact everyone hears the user nearby chat

Expected Behavior

Expected result: The voice indicator will be displayed in the correct chat.

This reproduces in release and other RCs.
