[BUG-202711] Streaming media extremely slow on youtube #3024

Steps to Reproduce

checking my media players

Actual Behavior

When playing streaming media, (youtube), it runs at about 3 seconds per frame. It started today or yesterday. It runs fine on Firestorm, so it's not youtube messing up. I tried it on several players and then just a box with media set on a side - still slow. I tried it with standard youtube page and with https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/

Expected Behavior

play a video at normal speed

Hi StoneAngel,

Several of us have tried playing Youtube videos and cannot see any issues with playback speeds.

Will you please confirm exactly which Youtube video you are observing has 3 FPS playback. Will you also provide a slurl to the exact object in world you are having this problem with so we can rule out any scripting issues.
