[BUG-202745] Listings mysteriously disappeared. Product appears 'Unassociated' #3045

Steps to Reproduce

Nothing. This issue happened overnight whilst I was asleep and my computer was off.

Actual Behavior

As title says. One of my products listings mysteriously disappeared without a trace on the marketplace. The only record of it I can find is in the VMM, where my products appear 'Unnassociated'.

I first became aware of this problem this morning when Customers were asking me where my product is.

Expected Behavior

My product should still be listed, or I should have atleast recieved an email explaining why my product has mysteriously disappeared from the marketplace.

Other information

The Product in question has 100+ Reviews and a lot of customers. It's going to cause a lot of damage if it's not fixed soon. So I ask kindly, please do your best to restore the information!

Good morning,

Thank you for your patience while we investigated the issue which affected your Marketplace listing. Your product listing should now be visible and showing as unlisted in your merchant dashboard. Please review all your settings for your product before relisting. Once you’ve reviewed them and everything looks correct, you will be able to relist the product.
