[BUG-202769] ui is to big #3061

Steps to Reproduce

I was trying to enlarge the ui..not it is to large to reset

Actual Behavior

Hiya BigDaddyDaimi,

Presuming you can get logged into Second Life, once logged inworld, if you don't have the Advanced menu activated in the top menu bar (to the right of "Help"), activate the Advanced menu using CTRL+ALT+D. Then Advanced -> Set UI size to default - hopefully this option will fit on the screen.

Does that fix the problem?

I can not click set to default..the ui is too large. the bottom of the page is not accessible. :(

Ugh ok. lets try it this way.

Launch the viewer. Open Preferences with CTRL+P. Select the Advanced tab (hopefully you can get to that) Set the UI size slider back to 1.0 (hopefully you can get to the slider too). While the UI slider has focus, press the TAB key exactly 7 times, then hit the Enter/Reurn key to save the change.

If this still doesn't help because you can't see enough of the preferences, lets just sledgehammer it by deleting the settings file on your computer to put you back to out of the box settings.

Make sure windows is set to display hidden files & folders: https://kb.wisc.edu/page.php?id=27479 The AppData folder is hidden by default on Windows. Log out of the viewer if not already logged out. Then browse to C:\Users\ [USERNAME] \AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\user_settings Inside that user_settings folder, delete the file called settings.xml Launch the viewer.

Does this fix it?
