Hi Sh1ver,

I suspect you have an alpha (transparent) layer, or tattoo layer hiding the eyebrows.

The quickest way to reset this is to put on a default avatar from Me > Choose an Avatar.

Once you have verified that wearing a default avatar fixes the issue you may slowly put your original avatar on one piece at a time until you identify which texture or tattoo layer may have caused the issue in the first place.
