Если это не поможет, попробуйте войти в другой регион и измените свой наряд и посмотрите, будет ли ваш аватар изменяться. Если ваша проблема будет ограничена одним конкретным регионом, то эта область, возможно, потребуется перезапустить.
Если тестирование в другом регионе не поможет, пожалуйста, попробуйте следующее: В верхней строке меню зрителя перейдите ко мне -> Выберите аватар -> Новые аватары -> Выберите один из этих аватаров и используйте «Выбрать». Quick fix that works for most cases: Open your inventory and expand the "My Outfits" folder. Choose any saved outfit folder and drag it onto your avatar and your avatar should then rez.
If this doesn't help, try logging into a different region and changing your outfit and see if your avatar will rez. If your problem turns out to be limited to one specific region, then this region may need to be restarted.
If testing on a different region does not help the please can you try the following: In the top menu bar of the viewer, go to Me -> Choose an Avatar -> New Avatars -> Choose one of those avatars and use "Select". Your avatar should hopefully rez correctly once you have done this and you can then get dressed normally.
If this doesn't help, create a new folder in your inventory and inside this folder, place a skin, a shape, a hairbase and some eyes (non-prim). Then Right click this folder and REPLACE outfit. You must replace, not wear or add to or it wont work. If your avatar then rezzes, you can get dressed normally.

Steps to Reproduce
зашла в игру, аватар долго не грузился. я вышла. опять зашла, минут 10 ждала, аватар все так же был облаком и не загружался
went into the game, the avatar did not load for a long time. I left. again came, for 10 minutes waited, the avatar was still a cloud and did not load
Actual Behavior
Аватар не грузится, перезапускала игру, все остается так же. Вчера такого не было
