Hiya Melmcggg,
I went to the location you gave above, which sends you to the landing dock in the sky because of the forced landing point & I went down to the ground level at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/London%20Docks/141/109/24 & everything looks fine there now.
There is offsim landscaping on this region. Sometimes those sculpty sim surrounds can be a bit slow to load & you may see vertex vomit covering the region until it's fully loaded.

Everywhere but the area around the landing dock is covered in off sim edges that make areas unaccessible and impossible to see for the past 2 days
Expected Behavior
Thought it just had to load properly
