Hiya Raven,

This is very likely to be the known file picker crash on Mac. This crash is supposed to be fixed on High Sierra, so if you update your operating system, this would be the best solution.

If you do not wish to update to High Sierra: Please follow the instructions on this wiki page to stop the crash: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/mac_crash_upload Note this wiki page is on the Firestorm wiki, however the same fix will work for the LL viewer too.

Does that fix the problem?
