[BUG-214751] after update of SL viewer dont have in world browser access #3420

Steps to Reproduce

after SL Viewer update

Actual Behavior

  1. dont get feed from SL on the first log in screen
  2. Profiles do not show anymore
  3. Can not do searches in world
  4. In world browser does not load web material

Expected Behavior

showed be able to access web material

Hi Talal,

It sounds like a few things could be going on here.

  1. An incomplete install. Please completely restart your computer. Then install again from this link. http://automated-builds-secondlife-com.s3.amazonaws.com/ct2/14425/91934/Second_Life_5_1_3_513038_x86_64_Setup.exe

  2. Your Anti-Virus or Firewall software may have blocked or quarantined either SLPlugin.exe or Dullahan_host.exe (both are required for media in SL).

If a reinstall does not work, please confirm SL media is not being blocked by your system.

Please let us know if either of these things help and press the info provided button when you update this issue.
