Hiya Diamonds,
It sounds like you are wearing a mesh body. You will need to request improvements to the alpha HUD with the mesh body creator.
In regards to the mesh body looking odd when you are under water, it's probably this bug: BUG-9851 To fix this problem you need to:
- Either enable Advanced Lighting Model (Preferences -> Graphics -> General -> Tick "Advanced Lighting Model")
- Or, switch the mesh body layers to Alpha Blending. You did not say which mesh body you are using so I don't know if your mesh body has an option for alpha blended layers but it should do. If you don't know how to change the layers to alpha blending mode, please contact the creator of the mesh body.

I was naked on myland under water and the avatar looked rather silly her boy went to funny textured outfits and such, was weird, she should be nude right still if she wishes to be?
Expected Behavior
see her the same as above water.
Other information
Yes the alpha hud needs some added ones near the upper breast and sides as it is a very unusual way to hide her boobs when wearing unrigged things, there needs to be more slots so you can pick and chose if it is a halter or strapless this has been a major issue with t he alpha layers for me.
