[BUG-216264] Large groups have lost their group insignia and group charter

Steps to Reproduce

loading the group to look after receiving a blank invite to it from my invite system

Actual Behavior

I have some large groups of 20k+ users. All of my large groups have empty Group Charters and Insignias. They were not empty until a couple of days ago.
Large groups you might like to look at: Hotspots London City Entertainment London City Events

Expected Behavior

would expect to see the group logo and charter

Hi Torric,

We don't see any other groups having this issue, so I suspect there may be a role in your group that allows others to edit these details.

Please reset the image and description and review your role permissions.

If the issue happens again, please let us know.

Hi Kyle,

I wish this was the case, however it is not. If you look at the groups setup you will see that only the owner can change the insignia and charter. And we certainly have not gone into all of our large groups removing the charter.... Furthermore and as proof of a bug, check out the insignia for each of the groups, the logo is stuck as "loading" indicating a problem in each of these groups.

Hi Kyle,

Yes I am able to put a logo in and and group charter and it seems to stay. I've since found more groups I own that also have this same problem. Shall I just fix them myself and forget about this as an issue? cheers, Torric

Thanks for the update, I'm glad that resetting the image and description worked. I definitely don't want to forget about this issue if it is persistent. I'm going to leave the issue in the Needs More Information state, which will allow you to update this report as needed, if the problem comes back.

For documentation, if you would list all the groups that were affected that will help any further investigation.

The groups affected and repaired (with membership numbers) are: London City Events (140,356) Hotspots (25,522) London City Adult (27,771) London City Entertainment (95,029) London City Social (19,893)

other groups were not affected and interestingly have less than 20k users.
