[BUG-216316] Groupchat #3718

Steps to Reproduce

Trying to chat!

Actual Behavior

There is still big problems with groupchats. Some times they work fine, but then it can be impossible to have a chat in group as the lag kills the talk or the chat goes down totally

Expected Behavior

To be able to chat :)

This is an old Bug Issue. Is it still being worked on?

Also having GroupChat issues with this group:  secondlife:///app/group/bf6b3335-2195-2243-2cd1-870e0876c15f/about

Constantly getting this message:  [12:02] Second Life: The message sent to * Stray Cats Breedables * is still being processed. If the message does not appear in the next few minutes, it may have been dropped by the server.

People cannot chat.
