If you edited this shape during a time there were asset server issues, it's possible that the edit failed to save properly & the shape became corrupted.
Is it only one particular shape that's giving the missing from database error or does it happen when you wear other shapes too?
If you create a new shape (open inventory and click the + button at the bottom, New body parts -> New shape) & wear this shape, does it also go missing from the database after relogging? Do you see any notifications saying "unable to save shape to central asset store" when creating a new shape?
Have you ever had Iolo System Mechanic Pro installed on your computer? This software is known to cause all shapes you create or edit to go missing from the database.
It's also possible you have some inventory corruption which can cause this missing from database error - a Linden will be able to check this for you.
Steps to Reproduce
I simply logged in. AV was in tact last night when I logged off.
Actual Behavior
Receiving error for body shape: failed to find body part ==18.06.01_GOTHLY MAITREYA_SGMod_Kiki shape (Catya head)==== in database. Don't have a shape backup!! Please help to retrieve.

My body to load. Now I'm just a cloud. Other shapes in inventory work, but this shape had all my preferred specs and I don't have back up or specs saved.
