[BUG-224976] Incorrect PIOF error message #3890

Steps to Reproduce

N/A

Actual Behavior

A user attempted to come to my parcel, and was told that only group members can access the parcel. When I checked my parcel settings, I confirmed that Anyone can visit, however PIOF and 18+ are checked. Said user apparently doesn't have PIOF.

Expected Behavior

I expected an error message to pop up telling the user that they do not have Payment Info on File, not that the parcel was group locked.

Dupe of BUG-100704 I think.

I don't think it's a dupe of 100704, I've had other people show up just fine that had PIOF and 18+. This report concerns the error message itself. If a non PIOF alt test needs to be done, group toggle changed, whatever, I'll do it.

Using an alt to test, I confirmed that the message comes up saying "Only members of a certain group can enter", when it should say "You do not have PIOF". If I uncheck "Must have PIOF" but leave everything else the same, the alt can get in just fine. "Allow group with no restrictions" has no affect either way, which confirms that it's not a dupe of 100704.

The second image allows anyone that's 18+ to get into the parcel, just fine.
