[BUG-225037] scrolling pages doesn't work on internal web browser #3937

Steps to Reproduce

Surfing Marketplace with internal web browser, but it can be reproduced on other web pages too.

Actual Behavior

After loading a first web page on the internal web browser, it is possible to scroll the page down/up with trackpad, but all subsequent loaded pages can't be scrolled up/down with trackpad. The same behaviour also apply to the first web page loaded, after a reload it is no more possible to scroll it down/up with the trackpad.

Expected Behavior

One would expect to be able to scroll web pages using trackpad or mouse wheel.

Looks like a duplicate of BUG-216094

Hi Adele,

This report is a duplicate of BUG-216094

This is a known issue that can be reproduced in stand alone CEF builds entirely separate from Second Life. Once CEF fixes this issue we will integrate it.
