Seems this was a policy change that went into effect on August 1st. https://developers.facebook.com/blog/post/2018/04/24/new-facebook-platform-product-changes-policy-updates/
What just happened?
Internal browser closes, but opens again repeatedly.
What were you doing when it happened?
What were you expecting to happen instead?
Notification toast “You posted to Facebook” is shown.

The issue reproduces on Release build 5.1.7.517973 (64 bit)
