[BUG-225232] Avatar->Market Place Listings reports error message and fails to load

What just happened?

I had been setting up my store details in my chrome browser. When I was ready to upload an item the above occurred.

What were you doing when it happened?

I clicked on a folder ready for upload to Marketplace and the options COPY TO MARKETPLACE LISTINGS and MOVE TO MARKETPLACE LISTINGS are grayed out. I then Went to AVATAR->MARKETPLACE LISTING.... and when I RC I get an error message

What were you expecting to happen instead?

My folder should have copied to the Marketplace window (top right) or I should have been able to drag it there. Both are the ways of using direct delivery to my online MarketPlace Store

Other information

I am using Firestorm 64 bit for SL and OPEN SIM 5.1.7.55786. I also downloaded the Second Life Viewer Second Life Release 5.1.7.517973 (64bit) and had exactly the same problem. I checked this AVATAR settings in Dashboard. I filed a ticket and SL Support referred me to you identifying a bug. I do not have this problem with my other avatar who has an existing MP store. When I first log in and open AVATAR or ME the Marketplace Listings option directly under does not become visible for several seconds

I am not able to set  up my MP store............. is there any  progress to date?
