[BUG-225358] Option to show render weight in menu bar #4182

How would you like the feature to work?

Similar to the Time, FPS, L$ balance, and network widget, it'd display the current avatar render weight. White text for "OK", Yellow for "Getting abit heavy", and Red for "Not many people can see you".

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

This would be a great alternative to toasts and a quick/easy way to find out the current render weight without having to enable name tags to show constantly for those with "Show name tags temporarily".

We like this idea, but the menu bar is a crowded, high-value space. When would you need to see this display? Do you need to see the display if the render weight is "OK"? Is there some other place we could put this?

It would be a optional thing people could enable if they wish, in a similar manor one can chose to hide/show balance, media controls, and other widgets by right clicking the menu bar and enabling it there. As for how it would be displayed, it would state something similar to L$ balance, except be like C [RenderWeightValue], where C(standing for "Complexity") could also be icon. Which this icon would be I am unsure. I did a search on google and the first result was this https://thenounproject.com/term/complexity/1119932/ which is both geometric and a complex shape, which may make a good icon. Other places I'm not really sure where a widget can be a sticky without looking out of place, which is why I suggested the ability to enable/disable it should the user see fit.
