[BUG-225397] Allow Process credit to transferwise

The Processing of credits should include transferwise as an option to process credits to.

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

The Processing of credits to Paypal is extremely disadvantageous to non US citizens because Payapl applies extremely high conversion fees plus a distorted exchange rate in their favor Higher Conversion + 3.2%-3.5% ) . This results in businness owners from Europe or other parts of the world to be subject to a further fee that panalizes non US citizens. With a direct transfer instead to https://transferwise.com the fees applied are in line with any other normal bank (0.6%) , its a service that will allow also direct digital transfer and should be fine for LL to apply and include in their roster of possible online banking entity like Skrill or Paypal.

We're looking for additional solutions and doing a lot of vetting along the way.  We hope to be able to offer more options in the future.

Thankyou , Transferwise is the free online account that makes doing business in multiple currencies a lot cheaper and easier. Send, spend, and receive at the real exchange rate.

I also know of www.worldfirst.com that offers a similar service but I do not have experience with it .
