[BUG-226057] Voice Morpher doesn't acknowledge my subscritption - it behaves as though I am "Unsubscribed" #4692

What just happened?

I have subscribed for the Voice Morpher Voice is working effectively except that it does not give me the option to use the Voice Morpher. In the "Voice Morphing Preview" window all the Voice Names are lists as (Unsubscribed)

What were you doing when it happened?

I updated to the latest Firestorm Viewer to fix the bug where turning on the mic disconnected voice. Voice functioned - but the morpher was not available I switched back to the previous Firestorm Viewer - voice continued to function but the morpher was still not available. I installed the Linden Lab Viewer and the problem remains - voice works, but the morpher is unavailable - as though I have not subscribed

What were you expecting to happen instead?

Usually when I click on the voice morpher it gives me options to use from the package I subscribed to

Today I received this in Chat at the premium voice island:

[11:25] Feminine2 Morphs: Your request is being processed... [11:25] Feminine2 Morphs: Sorry, there was a problem activating your new voice font pack at this time, please try again later.

And I received this at the regular Voice Island:

[11:54] 1 month of Feminine Morphs: Sorry, there was a problem activating your new voice font pack at this time, please try again later. Refunding your money.

Thank you for your report.  We are aware of the issue and are actively working with Vivox to resolve the issue.  Once we know more, we will update your jira.

I have no idea... As far as I'm aware all or part of the fix needs to come from Vivox, which is the 3rd party service that provides voice, so LL may be having to wait for Vivox to investigate this.

You could try using the free version of Screaming Bee voice morphing. I havn't tried it recently but it did used to work with SL voice. https://screamingbee.com/product/MorphVOX.aspx
