[BUG-226462] Auto uncheck problem of the "I would like to receive offline IMs via Email" option of the "Change Email Settings" web page

What just happened?

As SL creator, I always want to receive my offline IMs as emails, so I check the "I would like to receive offline IMs via Email" option of the "Change Email Settings" page in the web interface. I noticed several times and perhaps 2 times during the last month that this checkbox is unchecked whereas I did not change it. It seems to uncheck itself automatically.

SL Web Site Account menu Change Email Settings page Change Offline IM Settings option

What were you expecting to happen instead?

I would like this checkbox to stay checked.

I'm unsure if BUG-11051 was ever supposed to have been totally fixed.

I can confirm I can still reproduce this problem & in my case it seems to sometimes happen when I've replied to an offline IM via email.

For info, if it can help to identify the problem, I never reply to an offline IM via email and it happened to me during the last night (french time).

Thank you for the report! This does indeed look like a recurrence of a previously-fixed issue. It doesn't necessarily require replying to offline IMs via email, as it turns out. We'll continue investigating and work on a fix!
