For inventory corruption as you have described, you must contact Support directly, file a ticket at https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new by filling in the form and clicking Submit.

What just happened?
I make a clean clear cache, and manual delete of setting folders, and inventory still no loading. so i make a clean re install, but same. Next step, i try log in with official viewer, and it say same message "you cant take off protected category" and inventory still no loading. Please i has a store, and need work on it and give support at my costumers, i really need you help me. Thank you. Also i download the viewer Lumiya for my smarphone, and in Lumiya my inventory is ok, but my avatar looks like if i still dressing my last outfit, hair, clothes , dance huds, etc. But in firestorm or second life official viewer my avi looks like nothing dressed and is full transparent. like a full alpha, and inventory in both still empty. Making some test with a friend help, she tell me try Singularity alpha, when i log in in it, My inventory appears duplicated, i lookthe first My inventory and it is empty, just few bodyparts i create for test, and in the second My Inventory, it looks all my inventory items, textures, body parts, animations, all, but it is unfunctional, i can wear nothing from this inventory, when i press right click it just show "move to lost and found folder". i try moving one folder , it call "eBody curvy" and it pass at the first My inventory in lost and found and now is functional, it mean, i can wear items from it. In this pont i think move all that second inventory to lost and found and reorganizate it, BUT, my friend send me a notecard, a shape, and one simple box objet, and it dont go to First My Inventory, it sended items come to the second and unfunctional inventory and they are unfunctional too. So i try enter again on Firestorm viewer and on firestorm, only show one inventory folder and it is the empty one. So i dont move nothing more from that second inventory to the first and still waiting your support
What were you doing when it happened?
it happend in all region where i log in, also in recomended low lag in forum
What were you expecting to happen instead?
inventory load and i recovery all my things, i have a store and really need my creations back.
