The latest Dullahan/CEF update has broken all the visitor trackers & scoreboards & similar devices that load their data in a certain way.
Note that this is not the parcel media bug - these devices do not use parcel media.
On the previous release Second Life Release 6.1.0.524670, you can see the visitor tracker is working
See Fig 2 attached.
On the current default release 6.1.1.525446 or any other viewer with the Dullahan/CEF update, observe that the screen is just blank.

Expected Behaviour
These devices should still work after the Dullahan/CEF update.

Any other locations and items that you can advise to test with? We don't have enough test cases for proper testing and this issue can have a lot of edge cases that might resurface later.

Make sure media is enabled in the viewer & look at the board on the current default release Second Life Release 6.1.1.525446 (64bit)
