Hi ischezaya,
Please reproduce this problem and attach the SecondLife.log data from your viewer to this issue; see https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Finding_Log_Files
It is best to zip up or compress all the files in the /logs/ folder.
Please press the Info Provided button when you update this report.

Hi Ischezaya,
Thank you for filing this report. It is clearly an issue with Unicode characters in your Windows User name. There are two options for you to resolve this immediately, while we work on fixing it.
Create a new Windows User profile that contains only simple ASCII characters like "Tester" and install and run Second Life from that other windows profile.
Thanks!

Hi
Thank you for the update. Will you please try this new build of Second Life Test. It does not fix the problem but will provide more log data. http://automated-builds-secondlife-com.s3.amazonaws.com/ct2/36650/307609/Second_Life_Test_6_2_1_526804_x86_64_Setup.exe
Once you install and launch this Test viewer, please provide us new logs. We hope this will provide information to identify the cause of the problem.
Please press the Info Provided button when you update this issue.
Thanks!

Hi ischezaya,
Thank you for the logs, we're continuing to investigate.
In the meantime please completely uninstall every version of Second Life. Then run a complete Anti-virus and Anti-malware scan on your computer.
Verify the other Windows user profile is an Admin, then install a fresh copy of Second Life from https://get.secondlife.com. Then locate the Second Life application directly from File Explorer C:\Program Files\SecondLifeViewer\SecondLifeViewer.exe and right-click on the file and select Run as Administrator.
Please let me know if this helps at all.
Thanks!

Hi ischezaya,
Will you please use the new Windows Admin profile that has a simple name (not Unicode) and then install the Test version of Second Life with extra logging http://automated-builds-secondlife-com.s3.amazonaws.com/ct2/36650/307609/Second_Life_Test_6_2_1_526804_x86_64_Setup.exe
If running this version also fails please give us a copy of those logs too. We are actively trying to debug this issue and your information is helping.
Thanks!
