[BUG-226924] Add a parcel flag to disable attached light sources. #5364

How would you like the feature to work?

The same way parcel owers can disable avatar sounds and voice on their parcel, add a flag that disable light sources that are attached on avatars.

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

While there is already a way to disable those as a client preference, giving this option to land owners would allow them to better use the upcoming EEP environment settings by getting more control on the lightsources present on their parcel.

Hi Kyrah,

Thank you for the suggestion. While we may not implement this exactly as you have described we do agree that the problem of avatars with attached lights can become problematic, given the current limits of available light sources.

We may implement some version of this request, for example, through experience, estate or region level settings.

Thanks!
